Shipping

  • Items typically ship within 3-5 business days. 

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is ready to ship.

  • We DO NOT Ship Internationally.

  • We DO NOT Ship to Other Addresses.  Billing & Shipping MUST be the Same.

  • Do Not Provide Us with Specific Delivery Instructions We Cannot Relay That To Your Post Office.  You Must Make Those Arrangements With Your Postal Carrier.

  • If you decide to cancel your order, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

  • WE offer 4 shipping profiles, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground and FREE in store pickup.  IF THE POST OFFICE OR UPS IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN DELIVERY, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE DELAYS.

How to Return an Item

All relics sold by Sgt Riker Case Company are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We take great care in packing our orders to ensure they are not damaged in shipping, however, if damage occurs, please contact us and we can replace the riker box if necessary.

Items purchased from our online store, Esty or eBay must be in its original condition and packaging to be returned, unless the item is damaged. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

  • Please ensure that your item is packed properly to prevent further damage.

  • Once your item is received and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for refund to be processed. We do not pay return shipping!

  • We will refund your total purchase price minus a 3% restocking fee.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include certain packaged and sealed metal detectors, once the seal is broken it is considered used and cannot be sold as new!
