Manticore is the latest Simultaneous Multi-Frequency metal detector from Minelab. Minelab's Manticore metal detector is also packed with new audio settings so you can use it just how you like. Detectorists that prefer the standard tones like those found with Equinox 800 will have an audio setting that they may prefer, or you want a continuous pitch or VCO type audio, it is fully up to you and how you want to detect. You also get vibration signals built into the handle so you don't miss a thing or maybe you are in rattlesnake country and want to take your headphones off for safety. Manticore has proprietary low-latency wireless technology and includes wireless headphones as well as a 1/8" headphone adapter so you can swap to a spare wired pair in case your wireless one's die on you.
